Is my company a good fit for 110 Bookkeeping?
Generally, our customers are startups, service providers, and private medical professionals that earn less than $1 Million in revenue each year. But we think 110 is a great fit for any forward thinking company no matter the industry. If you’re not sure 110 is right for you, please get in touch with us.
How does pricing work?
Our pricing is a simple monthly subscription where you pay for what you use based on your annual revenue. There are no hourly charges. If you’re on one of our tax plans, your tax return is included in the price after a full 10 months of paid services.
What payment types do you accept?
We accept Credit/Debit Card and Direct Debit ACH. For our products on the DIY Academy site, we will also accept Paypal.
Taxes & Integration
110 does most of its bookkeeping in QuickBooks Online because it offers a number of advantages:
- Seamless tax prep. Virtually every tax preparer in the US knows how to work with QuickBooks.
- Industry standard. In addition to tax preparers, most other financial professionals (e.g. attorneys, bankers, and venture capitalists) all know how to work with QuickBooks. Again, this gives you the most freedom when making financial decisions.
- Data portability. QuickBooks means you’re not locked in. If you ever decide to move on from 110, your data goes with you, in a format that is immediately useful.
Is support included? Can I ask questions?
Yes! One support email each month is included in all of our base plans. We do this to keep costs low as our customers do not like to pay for extras they do not use.

How do prices change as I grow?
We understand the importance of predictability and transparency. Typically twice each year, we’ll review your business revenue numbers. That rate feeds into the pricing table above and you’ll be charged the corresponding amount. No hidden fees or tricks.
What is your Cancellation Policy?
We want you to use 110 Bookkeeping because you’re happy with the service, not because you signed a contract. You can cancel anytime. However, if you’re on one of our tax plans, your service will have to be paid for 10 consecutive months for us to provide your return with no additional fees.
